Euthymic Consultative Psychiatric services was designed to aid mental health professionals, and other providers with guidance regarding difficult questions, complicated cases and a fresh look from a different approach to providing psychiatric care.

Our Service Options

This includes second opinion, review of medical records, and psychoeducation.

Supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

I offer supervising services for other providers; this includes psychoeducation, review of psychiatric intakes and follow-up notes, guidance regarding treatment and planning. If you are interested in this service and would like to move forward with a collaborative agreement please contact us for further details. You must have your own professional insurance and add me as a supervisor to your policy.

I also provide services regarding psychoeducation, consultations for patients in the primary care setting (pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics and OB/GYN) this can be arranged on a per consultation basis or on a monthly retainer.

Cristina Sanchez Jaquez, MD

I completed medical school in the Dominican Republic followed by a Residency in Psychiatry at Texas Tech Health Center in El Paso, Texas and a Fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry from University of Connecticut. I am board certified in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
